Hyundai expands Hi-Mate remote management system availability
Hyundai’s exclusive Hi-Mate remote management system is now standard on four of the company’s compact excavators, including three of the company’s crawler models and one wheeled model.
The system uses GPS technology to track construction machines at any time or location. The system monitors key machine components such as the engine, hydraulics and electrical system.

Nortrax hosts Demo days in Northeastern Ontario
Nortrax recently opened its doors in Northeastern Ontario to showcase the latest John Deere equipment, as well as invite operators to compete in a backhoe competition.
The company held demo days in North Bay and Sudbury. At both locations, operators tested numerous equipment options, including ADT haul trucks, 844K wheel loaders, 650K and 850K dozers, 350G and 470G excavators.

The 75,000-square foot endeavour, under the control of Waterfront Development Inc., will provide access to the water’s edge in the area.

The ROC (Real Operation Center), located at the ASARCO Mission Mine south of Tucson in the Sonoran Desert, is where Doosan invites its staff and potential customers to test drive their full line of heavy equipment.

Dobbs Management Service purchases seven Nortrax locations
Nortrax has sold seven of its John Deere Construction and Forestry locations in South Florida to Dobbs Management Service.
The purchase, made through DJD Equipment Holdings, includes full service stores in Tampa, Orlando, West Palm Beach, Miami and Ft. Myers, as well as parts only stores in Pompano and Riverview. The businesses will operate as Dobbs Equipment and will retain its headquarters in Tampa.
