Rototilt demo to unveil new tiltrotator tech

Rototilt, in partnership with Clearlite Excavating, has announced the first demo of Rototilt Control.

The hands-on event will take place Friday, Oct. 17, in Blue Mountains, Ontario.

“We’re excited to put the Rototilt Control System in the hands of the operators for the very first time with this demo,” said Nadine Devereux, Marketing, Rototilt Inc.

Rototilt Control is a groundbreaking system designed to give operators more precision, safety and efficiency than ever before.

Built with the future of excavation in mind, Rototilt Control integrates advanced technology, intuitive user interfaces and smarter functionality into every project.

The Rototilt Control system includes:

  • RC Tiltrotators: A next-generation tiltrotator series equipped with pressure-compensated hydraulics for smoother, more precise control of tilt and rotation —independent of each other.
  • RC System: A completely redesigned control system featuring a larger display and a more user-friendly interface to streamline machine operation.
  • RC Joysticks: Ergonomically engineered with input from professional machine operators, the design features up to eight buttons, four rollers, a forward/reverse selector (FNR), and customizable angle and palm rest for optimal comfort and adaptability.
  • RC Connect: A mobile app that provides remote assistance, over-the-air software updates and in-field troubleshooting capabilities.

The demo will offer attendees the opportunity to experience the new technology by getting behind the controls of the RC6 tiltrotator, powered by Rototilt Control, and explore how this innovative system is reshaping excavation performance across the industry.
