Durham Regional Police are appealing to the public for information to help identify suspects in a theft investigation of heavy equipment in Blackstock, Ontario.
Sometime between Sunday, Jan. 14, and Monday, Jan. 15, the unknown suspect) entered a farm on Concession Road 9 in Blackstock and stole a yellow Volvo mini excavator and an orange Thomas skid steer. Both pieces of equipment are valued at more than $25,000.
There is no suspect description of the suspects at this time.
Investigators are seeking public assistance in locating the stolen equipment and anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Constable Bycok of the East Division Criminal Investigations Bureau at 1-888-579-1520 ext. 1605.
