The stolen equipment includes 15 metre-long Fraco mast climbing work platform.

As well, a Zoom Boom 2000-series telescopic material handler, model 8044, was stolen from the same location. The combined estimated value of the two machines is about $160,000.

Removal of the work platform would have required a flatbed truck and an industrial trailer for the telescopic material handler. According to police, a flatbed truck with orange revolving warning lights was seen in the area of the theft between 5 pm and 7 pm on Saturday, Nov. 11.

Police believe the heavy equipment may no longer be in the Gatineau region.
