The new Rubble Master mobile impact crusher features the manufacturer’s RM Next philosophy
Rubble Master’s new RM 120X mobile impact crusher is designed to deliver improved performance, usability and improve upon safety.
As well, the RM 120X is the first mobile impact crusher featuring the all-new RM Next philosophy.
“With this philosophy, we are once again setting standards in user-friendliness to make crushing more comfortable for the operator and safer than ever,” said Gerald Hanisch, owner and founder of Rubble Master.
“The RM 120X also comes with more options to increase the throughput capacity and meet the demands of today’s producers.”
More capacity
The RM 120X features an all-new active 1.98 metre by x 1 metre 2-deck pre-screen to scalp off fines and reduce the amount of undersized material passing through the crusher. This reduces the wear cost and increases the amount of finished material by up to 30 per cent.
The optional hopper wings increase hopper volume by 25 per cent to 4.97 cubic metres.
The optional underpan feeder is another new feature. This is ideal for heavy-duty concrete recycling applications, and is able to reduce wear cost and downtime so that its user is able to improve their bottom line.
With a focus on simplicity and safety, Rubble Master has created a new lighting concept that provides instant visual feedback to operators regarding the machine’s condition and performance, without leaving the safety of their cab.
The feedback loop through the new performance indicator on the crusher’s back-end allows operators to adjust quickly to performance drops to increase their production and reduce downtime.
“When we started developing RM NEXT, we always had our entire product range in mind. Having a common platform across all our products allows us to connect our crushers and screens in a crusher train setup,” Hanisch said.
This means that capacity peaks are communicated between machines to adjust the material flow seamlessly, so the operator can increase efficiency and lower operating costs.
Canadian expansion
Rubble Master has also recently announced it will expand into Western Canada by adding The Groundworx Co. to its dealer network.
Based in Luduc, Alberta, Groundworx represents the full line of Rubble Master mobile crushing and screening products in Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan.
“The addition of the Rubble Master mobile crushing and screening line will allow us to better serve our customers and increase their productivity,” said Grant Kergen, owner of The Groundworx Co.
The Groundworx Co. was founded in response to the demand for gravel screening and crushing equipment throughout Western Canada.
“We’re proud to welcome The Groundworx Co to our dealer network, and to provide RM crushers and screens to their customers,” said Jackson McAdam, managing director of Rubble Master Americas Corp.
In 1992, Rubble Master was established, and the Austrian company presented the first compact crusher for the recycling of leftover bricks, asphalt, concrete and other debris.
Within five year, the company’s exports accounted for more than 97 per cent of business.
Today, Rubble Master is represented by more than 80 dealers in more than 110 countries on all seven continents.
