Rubble Master showcases flagship crusher and new philosophy

Contractors and aggregate producers got to experience the performance levels of Rubble Master’s RM 120X at their Demo Days showcase in June.

The goal of the event was not only to showcase the new flagship RM 120X, but to demonstrate the application of Rubble Master’s new RM Next philosophy. RM Next aims to focus on simplicity, enhanced operator safety and optimized material throughput.

With RM Next and the comprehensive operator-machine interface, Rubble Master was able to demonstrate that the operator no longer has to enter the danger zone while operating the machine. The operator can see both the status and current utilization of the crusher from the excavator cab, highlighting the philosophy’s focus on enhancing operator safety.

According to Jackson McAdam, Managing Director RUBBLE MASTER Americas Corp, “This was a great opportunity to show local contractors our full product offering and support capabilities in the Texas market. We are immensely proud of our new North American headquarters  in Ennis, TX offering sales, service and rental to Texas clients. Within 12 months we have grown from a relatively small team to a 15-strong support team.”

Alongside the flagship RM 120X were the RM HS5000M scalping screen and the RM MTS2412S 80’ tracked conveyor.

Despite the lingering impacts and travel restrictions from the pandemic, Gerald Hanisch, owner and president of Rubble Master was able to make it to the event to talk to clients about the latest innovations.

Prior to the event, McAdam stated, “We want folks to really get a true chance to experience the Rubble Master difference and highlight our substantial investment in the Texas market”

Vindication of McAdam’s aspirations for the event was offered when Hanisch reflected that “The Demo Days have proven that the Texas market needs a new offering. I am immensely proud that multiple clients have made their decision for RUBBLE MASTER during the event.”
