Established in 1984 in Calgary, Alberta, with a single 16-unit walk-up, Boardwalk has grown its portfolio to more than 33,000 apartment and townhome units across four provinces and 12 cities in Canada.

Physical records were completed and stored manually and were sometimes transported to off-site facilities.
