Comacchio has introduced the new CH 850, its sixth piling rig in its CH line as well as the largest machine in the lineup.
With an operating weight of 97 tons, the advanced multipurpose rig is equipped with a Volvo diesel engine, available in 543 hp or 463 hp configurations.
Designed for maximum performance and efficiency in foundation construction, the Comacchio CH 850 offers exceptional productivity, versatility in drilling methods and ease of transport, all while ensuring operator comfort, safety and reduced environmental impact.
According to Comacchio, what sets the CH 850 apart is its rotary torque-to-weight ratio. Its high-performance rotary head delivers up to 360 kNm of torque and a maximum speed of 60 rpm.
This powerful three-speed unit, with both automatic and manual settings, ensures optimal drilling efficiency. The piling machine is also equipped with features like spin-off and shaker functions to further enhance its versatility.
