Energreen has introduced RoboPlus, its latest achievement in remote-controlled forestry machines.
The new RoboPlus remote-controlled tool carrier is equipped with a powerful liquid-cooled four-cylinder inline Deutz 100 hp Stage V engine. The horsepower combined with the high-pressure common rail injection system and the electronic control system (EMR) ensures high performance while ensuring fuel consumption is minimal.
The efficiency system control software, developed by Energreen, intervenes with an electronic control unit both on the control of the engine output and on the progress of the machine, monitoring the amount of fuel used at all times.
Also optimizing the engine’s performance is Power Air Intake, an innovative system that allows the engine to have better and more efficient cooling, resulting in an increase in capacity and performance.
RoboPlus also remains faithful to the Flexxaire self-cleaning fan, already present in the Energreen range in both remote-controlled and self-propelled machines.
Success on slopes
The new Energreen tool carrier excels in forestry cutting, but it is also able to express its full potential by safely tackling slopes with a gradient of up to 55 degrees, thanks to a unique track design that is available in rubber or steel.
As well, a special oil sump and a low centre of gravity help the machine navigate difficult terrain. Furthermore, RoboPlus can use a variety of front and rear mount attachments.Â
Ensuring safe operation was key to designing the new remote-controlled tool carrier.
RoboPlus provides the operator with a high safety status via stability of the tracks and the ability to work at a distance of up to a range of 150 metres. This helps prevent exposure to noise, possible vibrations, exhaust and the projection of materials that could endanger the safety of the operator.

The advanced Forestry 150 head, with fixed-tooth rotor or rotary hammer rotor, uses a hydraulic pushing frame and makes this machine a serious contender in the international market. RoboPlus is further enhanced by the rear hydraulic winch, with a towing capacity of 1,000 kg, capable of pulling the robot out from even in the most complex situations.
At 100 hp, RoboPlus is the most powerful machine in the Energreen range, which includes five other remote-controlled models, starting at 25 hp.
Energreen was founded in 1999 by entrepreneurs Lino and Ivo Fraron in Italy. The company was created to develop hydrostatic self-propelled machines for the maintenance of public and private green areas, forestry vehicles roads and highway maintenance.Â
The company also manufactures five self-propelled hydrostatic machines and several attachments for the forestry and landscaping sectors.
