The British Columbia-based Leavitt Machinery has acquired Provincial Lift Truck.
Based in Kitchener, Ontario and founded in 2003, Provincial Lift Truck has become a trusted supplier of material handling equipment throughout the KW region.
The acquisition will increase internal infrastructure and resources to allow future growth within Ontario.

Provincial Lift Truck is an authorized dealer of Manitou rough terrain forklifts and telehandlers as well as Heli forklifts. The company serves the manufacturing, warehousing, distribution, construction and retail segments with sales, rentals parts and service. The company employs 15 people at their Kitchener location.
Leavitt Machinery is one of the fastest growing material handling dealers in North America. With more than 38 locations across Canada and the United States, the company provides new and used equipment sales, rental equipment, maintenance training and parts support.

Earlier this year, Leavitt Machinery acquired the Arizona-based Reliable Forklift. Reliable is an authorized dealer in Arizona for Doosan and Linde forklifts, Donkey truck mounted forklifts, Sellick Rough Terrain Forklifts, Combilift 4-Way Directional Forklifts, as well as Skyjack and Genie aerial work platforms and telehandlers.
