Allen Engineering Corporation, a leader in professional quality concrete and paving equipment, has announced the debut of their new Pro446X walk-behind trowel and E-Screed.
The Pro446X walk-behind trowel
The Pro446X is a heavy duty walk behind trowel equipped with an efficient helical gearbox that can tackle demanding projects.
Also, it’s equipped with a variable torque converter clutch, allowing for low-speed torque and high-speed finishing.
The plow handle design of the Pro446X puts the operator at ease when pitching the blades to new heights.
The Pro446X walk-behind trowel comes standard with a 12 hp Honda GX390 gas engine, powering rotor speeds of up to 225 rpm.
Allen aimed for convenience and comfort with an adjustable handle design and a lifting point for smooth transportation.

The E-Screed
Allen has gone electric with the second model in their Magic Screed lineup.
The E-Screed boasts the same power and performance as the original, while being powered by a 1.5hp 40-volt lithium-ion battery.
This battery powers vibration speeds of up to 7,500 rpm and is housed in a convenient and comfortable harness.
Additionally, adjustable handles reduce operator exhaustion and fatigue.
