The Wacker Neuson special concrete edition dumper offers concrete contractors an efficient way to deliver and place concrete in remote or confined areas.
The 3-ton, 3001 Concrete Edition dumper is capable of navigating through narrow openings and tight working spots, to precisely deliver concrete where large trucks cannot access. As well, the dumper is designed for indoor or outdoor use.
The Wacker Neuson 3001 Concrete Edition dumper is also manufactured with a special skip shape to transport concrete with less spillage. As well, a unique concrete chute is included in the design to precisely places concrete with reduced splattering. The metal chute has been shaped with high side walls to avoid spilling and the narrow-shaped front enables precise pouring into the desired location. The 3001 skip is designed with special walls that are higher and tapered inward to avoid spilling while transporting concrete.
The larger capacity of the dumper, compared to a concrete buggy, allows contractors to transport 1.13 cubic metres of concrete per load, plus the dumper travels up to 22.5 km per hour, making the concrete placement process faster and more efficient, which reduces cycle times. The dumper is also equipped with a small footprint that reduces the risk of rutting. By adding Wacker Neuson’s optional turf tires, the dumper will not disturb finished surfaces.
The Wacker Neuson 3001 dumper offers all-wheel hydrostatic drive that allows transportation over rough terrain and in remote areas where a concrete truck is unable to access. The articulated steering allows for a tight turning radius, which is especially beneficial in confined area sites.
Further enhancing the precise placement of the concrete is the ability of the bucket to swivel, allowing material to be unloaded from the front or either side of the unit. The comfortable operator’s platform with foldable ROPS is easily accessible from both sides of the machine and is easy to drive with user-friendly controls.
