Steelwrist has officially opened its new North American headquarters in Newington, Connecticut.
The milestone marks a major expansion for Steelwrist’s operations, enhancing its capacity to serve the rapidly growing North American market.
Held May 30, the inauguration event was attended by United States Senator Richard Blumenthal, executives from the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM), dealers, customers and the Steelwrist team in North America.
Senator Blumenthal, alongside Steelwrist CEO Stefan Stockhaus, cut the ribbon to officially open the new HQ.
“This inauguration represents a significant step forward for Steelwrist in North America and with the new facility we can continue our exceptional growth trajectory and even better serve our customers and dealers in the region,” Stockhaus said.
Steelwrist entered the North American market at ConExpo in 2017 and established its first location in Berlin, Connecticut.
Five times larger
The new headquarters in Newington, just five minutes from the original site, is more than five times larger, underscoring Steelwrist’s rapid growth and commitment to the region.
With increased capacity and improved infrastructure, the manufacturer is well-positioned to continue its growth in the tiltrotator market and support the needs of its North American dealers and customers.

As excavator contractors seek to increase the efficiency and versatility of their investments, the penetration of tiltrotators is growing rapidly in the region. In recent years, the company has experienced strong growth, with tiltrotator sales increasing at a high speed.
