The Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) has announced its 2025 recipients of the annual AEM Advocacy Awards.
The Advocacy Award recognize companies for their leadership in advancing policies that support the equipment manufacturing industry across North America.
AEM awarded its Pillar of the Industry honours to HCC, Inc. in recognition of its exceptional contributions to AEM’s advocacy efforts, grassroots engagement and public affairs initiatives.
The Pillar of the Industry Award is AEM’s most prestigious advocacy award and reflects a deep commitment to advancing the industry’s policy priorities at every level of government.
“Our industry’s influence continues to grow because our member companies show up,” said AEM President and CEO Megan Tanel.
“HCC, Inc., this year’s Pillar of the Industry Award recipient, is a strong example of a company dedicated to standing up for our industry and helping shape a policy environment that supports jobs, strengthens supply chains, and fuels innovation. We are proud to recognize their commitment, and the commitment of all of our 2025 AEM Advocacy Awards honorees, to building a stronger future for equipment manufacturing.”
AEM announced the 2025 Advocacy Award honourees during the 2025 AEM Annual Conference, held November 19 to 21 in Miami. The event brought together industry executives, policymakers and thought leaders for three days of strategic discussions on the trends shaping the future of equipment manufacturing.
“The companies we are recognizing with Gold awards this year exemplify what it means to be true advocates for our industry,” said Kip Eideberg, AEM Senior Vice President of Government and Industry Relations. “Their engagement has been critical in advancing pro-manufacturing policies and ensuring that our elected officials understand the real-world impact of their decisions. “It is thanks to the close partnership with this group of member companies that we continue to successfully advance policy solutions to our nation’s toughest challenges.”
