Equipped with a standard skid loader style attachment plate and auxiliary hydraulics, Wacker Neuson’s TH625 telehandler is ready to handle more than pallet forks.
The TH625 is a highly capable off-road telescopic forklift that goes beyond moving and lifting with ground-engaging capability.
All models are equipped with ergonomic cabs that feature all-round visibility, electronically controlled travel drive with various travel modes, a robust telescopic arm that enhances the view of the attachment, a wide range of options and a modern machine design.
The transversely installed motor and the optimized arrangement of components ensure easy accessibility for maintenance.
Basic model features include push-button pressure relief to easily depressurize attachment hoses and the machine couplers, as well as three steering modes – front wheel, all wheel and crab steering.
“Front wheel steering is great for road travel and applications where you may push or scrape material and don’t want the machine’s rear end to ‘kick out’ when steering,” said John Dotto, Product Application and Training Specialist for Wacker Neuson.
“All wheel steer is best in confined spaces, and when maximum manoeuvrability is the objective. Crab steer comes in handy for precise machine positioning at odd angles, or for parking a machine or ‘hugging’ up to structures or curbs.”

As well, the TH625 includes an integrated driver assistance system.
The vertical loading system (VLS) allows the operator to choose between two loading functions, bucket mode and fork mode.
In bucket mode, the boom automatically retracts when the operator lowers to keep the load as close to the front axle as possible to minimize tipping situations.
In fork mode, the boom extends and retracts automatically when the operator raises the arm to keep the load in a vertical plane. This is ideal for loading shelves. By operating like a forklift, the operator does not have to adjust the boom while loading.
With an extended lifting height of 5.6 metres and a payload of 2,500 kg, the TH625 is offered in three editions and two Perkins diesel engine configurations, to provide the right solution for various needs.
Higher horsepower and faster travel speed make the Deluxe and Premium editions of the TH625 ideal for high demand applications. They also include ride control for a smoother travel experience and better material retention during transport, as well as additional LED work lights and an amber safety beacon.
The Premium TH625 edition extends productivity and efficiency even further, with a return-to-dig feature, which allows the operator to program the angle position of the bucket cylinder.
The boom and bucket positions can also be programmed in tandem, using the 18-cm display to select between tilt cylinder and tilt and boom position memory.
“Bucket shake is another nifty new feature,” Dotto said. “On Premium TH625 editions, press and hold the return to dig and differential lock button at the same time. The tilt cylinder will rapidly and automatically cycle quickly to aid in clearing the bucket of sticky material.”
Other features of the Premium edition machines include three selectable drive modes, an enhanced cab with an air ride, high back fabric seat, and auxiliary hydraulic flow control.
