Kioti Tractor is expanding its construction equipment lineup with the introduction of its MX Series mini excavators.
The new MX Series includes three models designed to meet a wide range of jobsite demands: the MX350A angle blade and MX350EA extended arm in the 3.5-ton class, and the MX570A angle blade, a 5.7-ton machine.
The mini excavators, which made their debut at ConExpo, follow the launch of Kioti’s SL750 skid steer loaders and TL750 compact track loaders.
“It’s the natural progression to take the next step into the compact construction market. So, it’s really exciting to bring this new line of machines to the market,” said Joel Hicks, Product Line Manager at Kioti.
The MX Series aims to set itself apart with an all-in-one standard equipment package that delivers immediate jobsite readiness, greater value and increased efficiency.

“Kioti developed the MX Series for the versatility that contractors need on the jobsite,” Hicks said. “With standard features ready for Day 1 use, intuitive operation, and reliable performance, it helps crews stay productive across applications — ranging from site prep and trenching to material handling, utility work and cleanup.”
Kioti has equipped the machines to deliver greater value by coming from the factory with an angle blade, thumb, auxiliary hydraulics and a mechanical quick coupler, which eliminating the need for aftermarket additions. Hicks explained the factory-equipped tools were a common request they heard from Kioti dealers during the R&D phase of development for the MX Series line.
“Now the customers know when they get a price, they know exactly what they’re getting. I think it’s going to be a simple approach for customers and dealers alike,” Hicks said.
Smooth, stable multi-function hydraulics enable precise, simultaneous movements, giving operators greater control and improving overall machine efficiency.
Reinforced structures, protected components and load-holding valves support long-term durability across demanding work environments.
The MX350 standard model features a zero-tail swing design that enables efficient operation in confined jobsites.
With the introduction of the MX Series mini excavators, Kioti continues to strengthen its construction equipment portfolio.
“It’s always been something we wanted to do since we started the focus to enter the compact construction market. We can’t bring everything at once, so we had to start and continue to add to the portfolio,” Hicks said. “We have aspirations of what we want to do next year and, in the future, as well.”
