Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas is expanding its HX-A series with the introduction of three compact excavators.
Hyundai debuted the HX35AZ, HX40A and HX48AZ compact excavators at ConExpo in March.
“Contractors will find the right combination of power, performance and operator safety and comfort in Hyundai’s three new compact excavator models,” said Adam Ford, Product Manager at Hyundai Construction Equipment Americas.
“These machines represent a new generation of compact excavator technology built on decades of engineering and manufacturing excellence.”
The three new models join the compact excavator lineup, which collectively earned a coveted, international 2022 Red Dot Design Award, honouring the best industrial designs.
Hyundai’s award was based in part due to the distinctive tiger eye styling of the rear lights, demonstrating that form can go hand in hand with function. The rear lighting design integrates with the overall larger cab design and expanded visibility from the large, curved windows.
All three new models feature Tier 4 Final compliant, low-emission engines.
