We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving growth through strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients for Equipment Rentals, Sales Parts and Attachment Sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Lead project management efforts for business development initiatives
- Coordinate with service personal to efficiently process machines rentals and sales
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development, sales with superior mechanical background
- Strong understanding of business development principles and techniques
- Excellent customer relationship management skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)

Pay: $85,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
