SharpGrade’s GS130 is its most powerful grader attachment to date

SharpGrade’s new GS130 is designed to bridge the gap between compact graders and full-size motor graders.

Positioned as the most powerful and versatile grader attachment in the SharpGrade range, the GS130 is purpose-built for the highest-horsepower, large frame skid steers and compact track loaders in the growing 100 to 135 hp category.

Combining the bulk material handling and trimming capability of a six-way dozer blade with the finishing precision of a dedicated grader, the GS130 effectively bridges the gap between compact attachments and full-size motor graders.

Making its debut in the United States at ConExpo, the GS130 was transported to Arizona for real-world field validation, where it was paired with a Kubota SVL97-3 compact track loader.

Operating in extremely dry, dusty conditions, the machine demonstrated exceptional durability and consistent grading performance, according to SharpGrade, validating key design features engineered specifically for harsh environments.

Designed for demanding applications including roading maintenance, civil construction and large-scale pad preparation, the GS130 delivers accuracy, productivity and reliability where it matters most.

Its Zero Cross coupling system ensures precise blade control without the compromises of traditional centre-pivot designs, while the robust patent pending side-shift and pitch system eliminates common wear points.

A standout feature of the GS130 is its dual-configuration capability. With a hydraulically removable front chassis, operators can quickly and remotely switch between six-way dozer blade mode for heavy material movement and precision grader mode for fine finishing work, making it the world’s first six-way blade with side shift, pitch and side wings. The pitching blade solves the most difficult aspect of six-way blades; getting them to trim accurately. By adding motor grader functionality to a six-way blade, the problem has been solved.

The “two and a half machines in one” approach enables contractors to maximize machine utilization while reducing both capital investment and transport costs.

With optional features including hydraulic folding side wings for controlled material flow and the patent pending StratoGrade scarifier system for surface conditioning, the GS130 is engineered to perform across a wide range of jobsite conditions from unsealed road maintenance to urban construction environments.

The GS130 is also machine control ready, and designed to integrate with all popular 3D machine control systems.
